SCRIBES-Irish Myth and Folklore Roleplaying Game

Enter a land of myth and adventure in SCRIBES, a tabletop adventure game set in Ancient Ireland. Cast as heroes who have been imbued with powers of the ancient race known as the Tuatha De Danann, you and your friends will tell stories of epic adventures dealing with fairies, monsters and rival rulers.

The simple rules act as a basis for a fun filled exploration of Irish Mythology with you at the centre, with your choices determining the direction the story unfolds in the tradition of roleplaying games like Dungeons and Dragons. 

This book presents a framework to tell stories inspired by Myth and Folklore. The rules are light and designed to be simple to learn. The book received funding and was originally pitched to focus on areas of the Northwest of Ireland. Admittedly this focus  barely scratches the surface of Irish mythology as a whole but future editions may expand on the content.
